What an efficient office! I went in to have Dr. Eads take a look at an insect bite which was not healing, as well as a small lump above my collar bone with my PCP diagnosed as a sebaceous cyst. Dr. Eads provided me a sample cream for my foot (no charge or prescription necessary!) and diagnosed the cyst in parallel to my PCP without me mentioning the diagnosis. He described the risks/benefits of having it removed and offered to take care of it in his office right then if I wanted. Of course, not wanting to see a plastic surgeon to have it removed (as suggested by my PCP), I had Dr. Eads remove it in the office. The procedure was quick, painless, and I felt very comfortable the whole time. I was literally in and out of the office in 20 min with all my conditions addressed. Thank you, Dr. Eads and staff!
