AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Let's start with getting picked up at the airport...showed up 20 minutes late to pick us up at the airport, then upon arriving at Carl's in Orlando we piled out of the shuttle to find the driver never closed the door where all of our luggage was stored for the drive! You've gotta be kidding me right? Luckily no one lost any luggage en route.\r

Next, the van that was given to us barely had enough gas in it to get out of the parking lot (which I'm fully sure they charged the previous customer at there outrageous gas rate to fill it after returning empty) and the van had some terrible stench. Riding down a hot highway with the windows down because of an awful smell is not a great way to start a vacation. \r

During the week we found out that our flight had been pushed back by a couple hours, so we got in contact with Carl's to see if it was a big deal if we brought back the van a couple hours late. They mislead us over the phone that "we had a four hour window" t
