I ordered 2 sandwiches for delivery. One for me and one for a friend. My friend's came fine as it had no additional instructions. I ordered mine without mayonnaise or ketchup and it came with both. Upon calling them to get them to fix it, I was offered for them to make me another sandwich but I'd have to drive there to pick it up. That is not how you fix it. I shouldn't have to take my time to fix a problem they caused. One that I paid for. After attempting to reason with the man on the phone (either a manager or owner, second person I was talking on the phone with) he offered for me to come in the next day (again, on my own time) with the sandwich uneaten (I really hope he wasn't planning on using it to serve to someone that day) in order to get a refund. No apology either. From 95% of restaurants, if they screw up they fix it on their time. They send out the driver with a fixed order. Sometimes if they really want to make things right they throw in a free something. Not Nelly's.
