I just purchased a new condo about a month ago and moved in a few days prior to Thanksgiving. My family came to Orlando to visit me for the Holiday, I was excited... until I realized that my toilet was leaking water between the base and the floor. I freaked out because my family was in town and it was Thanksgiving. Clearly we needed to use the bathroom. As I ran water from the sink and the bathtub the situation got uglier and uglier (Ill spare the details) I called Roto-Rooter and they sent out a Plumber within 2 hours and resolved all of my concerns!! They also didn't charge a fee for using their service on a holiday (which I was very impressed with). Rick was the Plumber (2751) and assured me he would solve the problem as quick as possible. He was an awesome individual!\r
