We have used Ben Franklin in the past and have always been very satisfied. Our recent problem was a clogged main drain. Ed tackled the problem with confidence and determined that we had a clogged trap under ground. He cleared the trap and everything is fine. What also impressed me was that Jim, Ed's supervisor, was in the area and stopped by to see how Ed was doing. I would recommend this company without hesitation. By the way, this was done at 8:00 PM.
