The area rugs that I had cleaned did not show any improvement and actually smell worse. I was not informed of the need to take these rugs away when I made the appointment, and when the tech arrived I was not able to do that as I was expecting houseguests. He attempted to clean one of them in my driveway then left it out in the rain to "dry" and I had to drag it into the garage. Two days later, I put it in the house still damp. It smells worse than ever.
Also, there was no way to protect the hoses that were brought into the house and they dragged muddy water all over my tile floor that had just been washed.
I am very unhappy with the quality of the cleaning of the area rugs.
