Wow. A tale of two employees. The first person I spoke with (by phone) was very helpful, answering all of my questions, looking up specs of vehicles that had just arrived, and scheduling an appointment for a test drive. So, I was surprised when her she called back less than 45 minutest later. When I called back, I was transfered to her manager, who had no idea why she called. So, I asked to either find out and call me back or have her call me. At this point he just says ""Sure"" and we're done, right? Not this gentleman. He proceeds to tell me that anything she might have told me has to be approved by either himself or the other manager. Huh? This is his response when he doesn't even know why they called me? (By the way, I should point out that his tone at this point in the conversation might be described as ""smug""). This is not the dialogue I'm seeking when shopping for a vehicle. All I can say is that I am glad I didn't drive there to be treated like that in person.
