Worst petsmart in the portland metro area. The store manager rick does NOTHING besides talk on his phone, the other managers have no knowlege and all the partimers do. Always walk in and a partime time employee is geting ritten up in front of me over stupid crap. This is the Worst pet store i have ever been and hope corporate cleans house of most of the employees there. Have to go to portland airport petsmart to not deal with the BS there.
