Terrible experience! You're company is a poor example! Message to the owner, your male dispatcher on Nov 4 at 10:45pm(saturday) was agregiously rude. Calling your company for a guest who dined at our restaurant, felice urban cafe, 12502 larchmere blvd, cleveland resulted in a curt and rude experience. Will never use your company for any of my restaurants for a customer. Dispatcher, take a long look in the mirror, your a major liability to the bottom line.
