James was knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. He explained exactly what he was doing. He tried everything to try to stop a noise when the door was 3/4 down. He pulled the cover off of the motor and greased everything. It still made the noise. (Note: the noise did disapear in about two days.) He also pulled the metal frame away from the wood to allow more clearance when the door opens and closes. Put in spacers.
