They did pretty much what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. The lived up to their promises, and I got a beautiful looking roof that's not leaking. Those are good things. They even got started on it while I was out of town on vacation, and it all worked out well. We got a full new roof and upgraded from tired old cedar shakes to a new composite.
