Mike was very professional & took a lot of time for us to understand what we are buying. I do not know about car well enough to buy used car. When we heard the strange sounds from the car my son wanted to buy, He drove with us for 30min & identified what is making this sound. They also let me have a car all morning to have mechanic check.
