When I arrived for my appt today for a cut and color with my regular stylist Amy, I learned she was ill. Instead, the salon owner was going to do my hair! What a treat! I had an early appt so I just assumed I lucked out and didnt have to reschedule. But as more clients began to arrive, it appeared the owner was taking on all the bookings. This is the type of customer service that comes naturally to everyone at PK Salon. I not only received a world class cut and color from the salon owner but felt just as at home and comfortable as i would with my long time regular stylist. Cheerful holiday music, a warm cappuccino and friendly faces, I cant think of a better way to spend a chilly morning.
