AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Let's start with getting picked up at the airport...showed up 20 minutes late to pick us up at the airport, then upon arriving at Carl's in Orlando we piled out of the shuttle to find the driver never closed the door where all of our luggage was stored for the drive! You've gotta be kidding me right? Luckily no one lost any luggage en route.
