Just tried to use this company this morning. Even though I gave my address clearly at least 10x plus speaking to the driver to be clear that I was in Irondale, the guy never showed, kept saying he was just around the corner and finally after 30 minutes late, the dispatcher connected me to the driver who said, ""oh you are in Irondale"" I was very clear, with my directions, the driver lied and the dispatch kept saying that he was right where I was according to their gps. dont use this company.
