My elderly sister had to have her water heater replaced due to leaking. She reviewed this company on Angies list and called them. The call was at 5pm. They arrived quickly( an hour or so) and went to work replacing the water heater. 2 hours later she was presented with a bill for $1216.95 for the repair. \r
This heater can be bought for ~$400. Two workers for 2 hours = $800.00 labor. Really?\r
She, of course should have asked before hand how much she was to be charged, but she didn't. I think she was very confused and wasn't thinking clearly.\r
This is simply a form of theft, especially from a senior citizen. I guess they prey on the old and take advantage of people that think they are honest plumbers. Which is just terrible. I would never recommend these people for any repair. I only wish people would research all sources before they use this company. Yelp ... provides a accurate source of information about them. Especially in the negative manner. \r
