I've used Ben Frankling plumbing 5 or 6 times in the past 2 years for jobs large and small. Honestly, the reason I chose them originally was because they were close by and able to come out within 24-hours when I had no water to the entire house. The reason I keep coming back is because of their exceptional service. I've been pleased every time I've called them, and they have helped me out with some serious problems. When the near-hurricane storm hit my area I lost all water, and despite fielding calls all day they still came by at 7:30pm and stayed till nearly 9pm to fix my issues. That's the kind of committment to customers that seems rare these days and one of many reason I won't use anyone else.
