Discovered hot water heater leaking. Called and spoke to Karen who sent Jim to turn off valve (which I could not do) Jerry and Randy came a short time later, removed old tank and installed a new one. Work was done professionally, clean and neat. Have used Benjamin Franklin in the past and will continue to call them and recommend them to others.
