Buyer beware! I bought a new tub here in December of 2011. It was delivered full of scratches, and it took 2 weeks and 5 phone calls to get it fixed. It stopped working completely in October of 2012. 7 calls (and 2 weeks) later, it is still unrepaired, despite repeated promises that 'someone will be out'. I'm sure there are better places to buy your hot tub!
