This is my first time to have the Chadd's clean my carpets. I have two dogs and a cat and after his cleaning the carpets have never looked better. He did a thorough and complete service. The carpets had residual shampoo and Don was able to remove it and after this cleaning I expect that the carpets will look cleaner longer as the residual shampoo tends to attract dirt. I would highly recommend this service.
