These guys are helpful and they stay quite busy... probably not a lot of time to answer the phone. I've been to their shop 4 times in the last 2 years and they've pulled/patched nails for free - even before I bought tires from them. I'd say swing by if you need help with your tires and talk to them... they'll probably be able to help.
