They don't seem to know what Customer Service is, it is sad, and unfortunate, but I guess that is what allows them to hire such morons to work there. Purchased a couple toggle bolt kits for a measly $18. The guy in the store, lets just call him Mr. Douche, opened the package in the store to demonstrate how to use it. Upon returning home, we realized that the item they sold us was incorrect for our needs. We returned to the store and Mr. Douche refused to take it back as a return because the item had been opened. Yea, thanks, we know, you are the one who opened it Mr. Douche.\r
