Luxe Designs was invited only for a closet estimate on the house we were in contract with and about to purchase. (we have since purchased the home) \r
Joe, the owner talks about himself a LOT! He is quite full of himself and gossiped about many of our neighbors, (at least 5 of them on the block) when he first arrived.\r

On the day of the meeting, he brought a Marilyn Gambino with him who not only talked about her Italian mafia last name, but also meandered around my entire house and took pictures of everything, even outside deck, pool & bar area without my permission. I even caught her communicating with him with facial expressions while snapping a shot with me in the photo! So, they have a ton of pictures with me and my house. Additionally, Joe walked into the kitchen and criticized it saying it was depressing and that my kitchen looks like a kitchen from a trailer home. The kitchen is not a $50K kitchen, but I would say it's at least $35K and is 10x better than most kitchens out there. He was probably downplaying it to get the business. The worst thing about this company is that they never even called me back with an estimate. They just came into the home, meandered around, took unnecessary photos and left, never to be heard from again. Also, a friend of ours recently informed us of how Luxe Designs did a horrible job on their floor and they had the company come back out and rip it out. HORRIBLE PEOPLE, HORRIBLE Business. And what did they do with the photos of me and my house???\r
