I wanted my car to be fixed instead of totaled out, luckily he was honest and could fix it. They were able to get me in quickly, so I appreciated that. It was easy to drop it off, it was in a good location. They have great customer service. It took them a while to fix it but they did a good job. They used real Mercedes parts. They let me go in and get some stuff out of my car that I forgot after they started working. They cleaned it up after. It was a very good experience.
