I had found Bay Cities Auto previously when I had to take my car in to get some body work after being side swiped. As odd as it sounds, it was great that this happened because I found the best Auto Body shop and was able to use them for my latest repair work (I rear ended someone). I can only share how positive my experience has been from the initial coordination over the phone, the constant updates of progress via pictures sent to me by email, and the quality of the work that was performed on my car (better than when I brought it in). Lastly, I cannot say enough about how great my contact point, Robert Guest, was in making sure that I was updated with all information and how well he treats the customer base.
