I can't remember the last time I got such good customer service. We needed lots of info on the pros and cons of gas vs. wood, along with venting, sizing, etc. These guys took lots of time to patiently answer our every question, and this was after they learned that we were building out of their service area. I couldn't believe their willingness to help as well as their knowledge on all the details. The showroom is extensive and beautifully done. I highly recommend!
