I called All Chicago Appliance & AC Repair because of the reviews. Their employees were willing to help me any way they could. The secretary there went through my problem right over the phone, and ended up figuring it out. Then I offered to give her some fee for her help and she refused it. She says charges only happen when repair men come out to the person's house. I am telling all my friends about them , and I will be sure to call them if I have any problems with my appliances in the future.
