DON'T GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY!! We don't want a place like this in our community!! Money is hard to come by today, do not spend it at Battries Plus!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The employees I dealt with were extremely RUDE!!!! I was in the Lake Zurich location on Saturday afternoon and experienced this myself!!! If I ran my business like this, I would hope someone would tell me. Watch for this store when you go down Rand Road I have a feeling they'll be closing their doors soon! I can't see any buiness surviving with customer service like theirs!!!!
