The transmission went up in my car that i had for 7 years on 10/19/12 on my way home from work. I called my boss and told him what happen and he said i should go to Al Packer Ford and talk to Nate Burgess, that is who he went to with his daughter to get her car. My boss called Nate for me and told him what happen and Nate said to tell me to come up. I went up there that same day and filled out an application, and i couldn't stay so i came back later that evening to finish up the process. In between waiting to come back that evening Nate called me a few times and ask me some question to help speed up the process. When i did come back i was told they couldn't put me in the Mustang Premium but i can still get the Mustang V6. I was very please and excited sense this is my first time buying a new car and getting approve for one also. My credit isn't perfect but Nate Burgess help me so much and i really appreciated. Also i want to say Jon Lefko spent some time getting me approve also. Well i wanted either a black or green car and neither one of those were here at Al Packer Ford in white marsh. So Nate made a couple calls and he find the Gotta have it green Mustang for me. I had to wait till the next day to get it but that wasnt a big issue, and Nate offer me a rental until the car got here. The next day Nate kept in touch and let me know when the car was being delivered. When i went to pick it up i seen it on the way to the parking spot and got really excited. Nate Burgess took me to the car and showed me how everything work and made sure i was happy before he let me drive away. I have read a lot of reviews saying negative things about Al Packer ford and im sorry you had to go through a bad experiences, I am excited for my first time being a new car owner and driving around in a new 2013 gotta have it green mustang V6. Go see Nate Burgess if you want awesome customer service and a friendly person. Thanks again Nate for all your help in making my first time buying experiences awesome.
