Poor experience! Rated F by BBB. As a new customer, I called for an appointment for gutter cleaning. As I saw in other reviews (after the fact, look around the internet), they simply don't show up. I sit around like a moron waiting for an appointment for 1 PM to 3 PM, and finally call at 4 PM. The man answers, tells me he will call back in five minutes, which he does not do. I then call back, keep getting a message, and can't leave a new message because their message system is full. I call the next day, and was given an appointment for ""1 o'clock prompt,"" Again, I sit around like a moron waiting. They still don't show up. By 2:30, they called to confirm my address, which I had given 5 times already, at which point I asked them not to come. I am not being malicious, just stating the facts. Good luck.
