I was a little nervous about hiring someone to get my air ducts clean since I've been scammed in the past. However, I checked out the reviews on Pure Duct Systems, and also made sure they were certified by the BBB. Turns out they are a legitimate company, so I decided to give them a call. I told them about the problems I've had with companies in the past. They were very honest and didn't try to sell me services that I didn't need.
