Overall we had a very good experience with Ironwood. The process of developing the details and specifications before starting the construction was challenging but rewarding in the end because the work went smoothly and on time once we did tear the house apart. We had one major glitch with the wood flooring but Kelly and his flooring contractor dealt with us fairly in addressing it.
