First of all, we respect our animal clients ALWAYS!! We welcome comments or concerns regarding their animals at all times. This is the first time I'm hearing or seeing a comment of this sort. Our animals are ALWAYS secure on our tables and are NEVER left unattended therefore this dog nor any dog was ever dropped or given the opportunity to jump off our tables because they are restrained gently!! We have never received a call from this owner or their vet or received a letter regarding this matter. Our reputation and 10 years of service speak for themselves.
