So, we went to this restaurant during our trip to Universal Studios, as we were going for the halloween horror nights. We figured that this would be a great place to eat since we like Japanese food. We were greeted not kindly enough but we still decided it could be a good place to dine. We were sure the food was going to be good, there were four of us and a couple of us hardly ordered anything. One ordered sashimi (raw fish) and that was the second to last thing brought to the table, not to mention it took them about an hour to bring us out our food and we didn't get them at the same time. We eventually realized we were in a hurry to get back into the park for the night event and we still hadn't got all our food. They were slow, did not wait us, did not refill our glasses but were certainly quick to take our order. We had to eventually hurry, so we had no time to enjoy our food (that didn't even taste that great). Horrible service, horrible time management, not that great of food, terrible atmosphere, and I will never dine here again.
