They were on time and fixed my oven. However their customer service (tech) Mike was was very condescending in manor. I've never had a service tech come and treat us in such a negitive manor. I called the company and spoke with the manager and all they could do is make excuses for his behavior. I will Never use this company again!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!
