I would not hire this guy. These people come out to the house, they are not prepared, they are not professional (dress like they are off the street, had no ID with them, had nothing at all to give a professional deal) they they turned my quote into ""Let's make a deal"" and made me feel like if I was not spending MORE with them then I was originally quoted I was not going to get a good cleaning. It was a total bait and switch. He comes in, gives me a quote, then after we agree he tried to ""upsale"" me at every turn. I really felt like I was with a con man was there to do the work. They were over two hours late. When I did the quote, they were late, they did not try to ""upsale"" until they were in the house to do the work. They were over three hours late for the job and then when they got there is when the ""upsales"" started. ZERO effort to apologize or explain the tardy. ZERO customer service for the delay. Just had this attitude of ""take it or leave it"" was rude, was not polite to the kids, was not nice to the family or the neighbors. Had no manners, no customer service.
