These people may be fine for renters. However, they are HORRIBLE for property owners. Do NOT choose this company to manage your home/apartment if you must live out of town. They shorted me on rent multiple times for repairs that where made. I rarely learned until after the fact. ALWAYS the cost of the repair was WAY MORE than the estimate. I never felt valued by them. Again, DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR HOUSE!!!!
