I have never reviewed a business of any kind before but I feel I have to after my amazing experience with Marwa at lucy pop. The place itself was styled perfectly, you feel like you are at a personal spa. I wish I could decorate my apartment like this place to a T. Marwa highlighted my hair (natural dark brunette doing my best to pull off blonde bombshell) and did one of the best jobs I have had in my life! As she was working on foils, I pointed to a perfect, shimmery, champagne-blonde in Elle and told her this was my dream color - but acknowledged its probably the hardest shade to reach on my naturally dark brown hair...in 10 years of being every shade under the sun I have been close, but never quite there (think feria desert flower). We talked about how we could get me there soon if I wanted, maybe she wasn't totally confident today because we just met and she didn't know how my hair would lift, but I was stunned to see a near mirror-image of the beautiful champagne, blonde I had just pointed out earlier! Remember, I showed her the pic AFTER she had already started my foils - she knew exactly what I wanted and got me there. I will go back to her as long as I live here!! GO SEE MARWA AT LUCY POP!!
