When I make a reservation for a car rental, I expect the rental company to have the car ready for me when I arrive. I?m shocked by the amount of times that this isn?t the case. At Enterprise in Jersey City, they actually know what they?re doing. Every time I go in here, they have my car waiting for me. I have to flash my driver?s license, sign on a piece of paper and I?m ready to go. The staff here is very friendly and the cars are the cleanest I?ve ever seen. Whoever is managing this place really knows what they are doing ? I?ll go out of my way to rent a car from here anytime I?m in town.
