I have been a customer since 1977. I have spoken with Dana almost exclusively for the last number of years. She is consistently the nicest, friendliest, most helpful & caring person I have ever come across. More people, in more places need to be so genuine like her! \r
Dana has done everything, scheduling my cleanings and oil deliveries, to,most recently, solved and got my "gurgling/no heat on one side of the house" problem fixed. She has helped me out with questions pertaining to billing and contracts. She listens and really does understand where or what I am talking about and obtains the best answers and takes action to my FULL SATISFACTION! She is a great role model. She is the perfect example of someone who knows how to get and maintain customer satisfaction. \r
The service technicians have done a great job in maintaining my oil boiler. The 1st one was replaced in 1988 and that one is still running great now. \r
