i bought my furnace in 1985 from them and it still works. jan 12 evng it was making loud noises that woke me up, so i phoned them for an appt for the next day. natalie from the naperville office phoned me as soon as office opened to let me know when they would arv. natalie went that extra mile for me - answering questions,etc. the repairman arv on time jan 13 and checked furnace to my satisfaction. when i need a new furnace, i'll definitely buy it from them once again. when i'm treated honestly and the company is professional from the office staff to repairman, i'm a customer for life and refer others to them.
