I originally took my car that needed transmission work to one of the most reputable german auto's repair shops in Atlanta. That shop didn't do transmission work so they referred me to Mr. Transmission. I stressed the fact that I would only do business with an honest company and they assured me that I couldn't go wrong with Mr. Transmission and they were right!
After speaking to Mark about the issues I was having with my transmission, I instantly felt comfortable that my car would be treated with extra care. He was very professional, thorough and genuinely honest. He handled everything involving the warranty company. I am the type to be skeptical of service shops because of being burned in the past but I didn't have to with this company. All of the good reviews were right on the money. I will always take my cars to Mr. Transmission from now on!!
