Quite frankly, I would have given zero (0) stars if that were an option. I broke the screen of my Samsung Galaxy S II on January 2, 2012. After calling around on the morning of January 3, 2012, I was assured that Wireless Toyz could order the part and have my phone repaired by “January 5th or 6th at the latest.” So, I drove to the store and spent $250 for the part. I have called every day to follow up, not once was I called until I complained to a manager about the lack of follow up. I was given excuse after excuse and, finally, on January 17, 2012, I was advised that my part was not available and I would be given a refund. We’ll see if I ever see that money again… more
