My husband and I have been patients of Lazenby-Heath for over 10 years. We have received excellent care. Recently we have noticed a ""hard sell"" approach to repeated diagnostic tests. Recently, the office canceled an appointed for my husband as the doctor would be out of town. An appointment was scheduled for the next week. My husband, who is 80, forgot to write it down, and we missed it. When he called for a refill for his cataract drops, it was filled for one month, since he had not been in. OK, that's understandable. BUT !! the office called and said ""someone rescinded the prescription"" until he came in ---can you believe ? It was for Cataract drops, for God's sake ! Good for us that we picked up the prescription on Sunday. I was told they had a new financial manager. Isn't the doctor in charge ? Definitely am not going back. The patient care/comfort is not primary in this office anymore...but the Buck is. Lost two patients
