Sure the people are friendly but when you have to wait over an hour for your appointment, it doesn't matter how friendly they are. Secondly, after waiting for so long for a cleaning, I was told that I needed additional work and they did not have time to do the cleaning that I had originally scheduled the appointment for. What a waste of my time! They were going to charge me upwards of $400 for other work and after discussing with a co-worker realized that he was getting the same treatment elsewhere for half the price! I will never go back to this dentist. At the time they also offered me payment plans to cover the cost. I'm not surprised they offer this service since the interest is obviously double the amount the work would have cost! Always always ask for the cost of the procedure and never get it done that day before calling other places for a comparative price! Lesson learned and I am so relieved that I narrowly escaped getting fleeced!
