Denny, My husband and I didn't want to miss the opportunity to say how pleased we are with our new kitchen. Patty and Al certainly were correct when they said that you were the best kitchen designer in the area. However, even the best of designs are dependent upon the workmanship and professionalism of the crew of men whom you employ to go into homes and install the kitchens. I can't say enough about Ed and his consistent need for perfection. He works with the skill of a master surgeon and strives for total customer satisfaction. He is a wonderful representative of your organization. He became like a member of our family as he transformed our outdated kitchen into the wonderful design that you created. For all future work, we respectfully request that only Ed be assigned to the projects. Thanks again.
