I agree with the other reviewer about the service. I was relatively pleased with the information I received initially, but once the check was handed over-- forget it! I have been waiting for 2 months (and have called SEVERAL times with no return call) for my fireplace. Once I finally was able to get a time for the installers to come, they arrived (late) and didn't introduce themselves-- just walked in the door. There was a "miscommunication"-- which somehow means that even though I paid for my fireplace two months ago the insert had yet to arrive. I called the manufacturer and they say that all orders are shipped within 5 business days. Sounds like somebody forgot to order the product. I'm so dissatisfied that I'm considering starting all over with this exhausting process. You would think that in this economy businesses would be bending over backward to make the customer happy. Not Fireplace City. Seriously, I NEVER write reviews, but I would highly recommend that you go elsewhere. more
