First incident: My parking pass was stolen out of my car and towed on Saturday (even though the guy who towed me said he recognized my car). I picked up my car on Sunday and told the tow company that I wouldn't be able to pick up a new pass until Tuesday, because I was in class from 8AM-5PM. Though told me they would pass the word around. I get back from class at 4:45PM and my car is gone. I pick up my car the following day (out $200 + $10 storage fee) and go to Northcutt to complain, because the tow company refused to give me my car even though I proved to them I had a pass. Mr. Northcutt himself said it wasn't his problem. He did give me a parking pass on the house as if it would make up for the fact that he wouldn't back me at all. Replacement passes are $25, but probably cost $2-$3 to make, so it wasn't as if he was sacrificing much. \r
