We purchased a sign and the craftmanship of the sign was very good! HOWEVER, we never received a phone call and or an email letting us know the sign was ready for pickup! We even paid for the sign upfront at the time of the order! POOR customer relations! AND DON""T argue with the customer they called! NO the staff DID NOT CALL!! Bottom line, follow up with them on your order!
