Our technician, DJ Busby, was thorough, neat, and knowledgeable about the particulars of our unit. Because our unit is an older unit, DJ helped us to understand what steps were necessary to maintain our unit as well as forecasted some possible concerns. We felt that we could trust his judgement and consequently purchased a maintenance agreement so that he would continue to service our unit.
